Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Coach, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to participants, coaches, and administrators of any tenant on the platform.

What AI Coach Is

AI Coach is an AI-powered coaching platform — infrastructure for human adaptation at scale. It is not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. The AI coaching assistant operates within configured boundaries; if you are in crisis or need urgent support, contact a qualified human professional or your local emergency services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to extract another tenant's data or bypass tenant isolation
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or repurpose AI-generated coaching content
• Share your account credentials or use someone else's account
• Upload content you do not have rights to share

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (reflections, messages, uploads). You grant AI Coach a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to deliver the coaching, learning, and intelligence experience to you. Your content is encrypted, isolated, and never used to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for the technical detail.

AI-Generated Content

AI Coach uses large language models to generate responses, summaries, and recommendations. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, or context-blind. Treat it as a starting point, not as authoritative advice. See AI & Model Use for what the platform can and cannot see.

Service Availability

AI Coach is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may interrupt access.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AI Coach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Coaching is provided as guidance, not as a substitute for professional care.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Legal & your data → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. On deletion, your personal data is purged after a 30-day grace period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to active users. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance. The version date below identifies the active terms.
