Lugha Limited operates the LUGHa courses and the Slí coaching platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

• Payment is required at the time of enrolment
• Course access begins upon successful payment confirmation
• Promotional prices and discounts may be subject to specific terms

5. Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee:

• Full refund available within 14 days of course start date
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@lugha.ie
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days
• No refunds after 14 days or 50% course completion, whichever comes first

You agree to use our services responsibly and respectfully. You must not:

• Harass, intimidate, or harm other users or instructors
• Post or share offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
