AI Coach

Skills. Lore. Insight.

Pronounced “shlee” — from the Irish word for “the way” or “the path”

What AI Coach is

AI Coach is infrastructure for human adaptation. It takes a coach’s methodology — their frameworks, philosophy, and lived experience — and makes it available to every participant through one shared system instead of disconnected workshops, PDFs, and follow-up emails.

The product is built around continuity. What you learn, what you explore with the AI coach, and what changes in the world around you should not live in separate silos. AI Coach keeps those modes in context with each other.

Three modes, one path

Skills — Learn

“What is happening?”

Your coach’s interpretation of the world, structured as modules, sessions, and assessments. Not generic courses — content shaped by a specific methodology for a specific audience.

Lore — Coach

“What does this mean for me?”

AI coaching grounded in your coach’s accumulated wisdom — their frameworks, philosophy, and years of practice. Every conversation is shaped by what you’ve learned, building on your unique journey so far.

Insight — Adapt

“What just changed, and what should I do now?”

When new developments emerge, Slí contextualises them against your learning history and coaching journey. The result isn’t information — it’s personalised insight: what this means for you, given everything you’ve learned and where you’re heading.

Who it is for

AI Coach is designed for coaches, facilitators, and programme teams who want their method to stay alive between live sessions. It is equally designed for participants who need practical support in the flow of real work, not just at the moment a workshop is delivered.

Sponsors and tenant admins get programme-level visibility where appropriate, but the participant experience is still the centre of gravity. The system exists to help people learn, reflect, and adapt with continuity.

Why the name matters

Slí is one of the most elemental words in the Irish language. It means “the way” — a path with direction and purpose, but not a fixed destination. The path itself is the thing.

The name draws from one of the most celebrated moments in Irish mythology. When Lugh arrived at the gates of Tara — seat of the High King of Ireland — the doorkeeper challenged him. The rule was clear: no one enters without a skill the court needs.

“I am a carpenter.” — We have a carpenter.

“I am a smith.” — We have a smith.

“I am a warrior.” — We have one.

“A poet, a physician, a historian...” — We have all of these.

Then Lugh asked: “Do you have anyone who is all of these things at once?”

They didn’t. He was admitted. Slí brings the same idea to coaching: not just learning, or coaching, or ongoing support in isolation — but all three, with shared context across every mode.
